Summary
This pilot study is testing whether a mulberry leaf extract supplement (Reducose) can help control blood sugar spikes after meals in obese children and adolescents. Eighty participants will take either the supplement or a placebo twice daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in blood sugar and insulin levels during glucose tolerance tests.
