Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new drug called MRX-2843 combined with the standard targeted therapy osimertinib in people with advanced EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination can stop tumor growth by blocking key enzymes. About 69 participants will be enrolled to assess side effects and early signs of effectiveness.
