Summary
This study tests new MRI techniques to measure blood flow and tissue details in the liver. Researchers will scan 110 people, including healthy volunteers and those with chronic liver disease or fibrosis, to see if these scans can reliably detect liver damage. The goal is to develop better ways to diagnose and track liver conditions without invasive biopsies.
