Summary
This study looks at whether a structured surveillance program using regular ultrasound and a blood test (alpha-fetoprotein) can detect liver cancer at an earlier, more treatable stage in people at high risk. About 300 adults with liver cirrhosis, chronic hepatitis B, or advanced liver fibrosis will be followed for up to 36 months. The goal is to see how often liver cancer is found, at what stage, and how quickly patients move from detection to treatment in real-world clinics.
