Summary

This trial is testing whether a new radioactive tracer, called 68Ga-SorB, can help doctors see certain solid tumors on PET/CT scans. The tracer targets sortilin, a protein that is often found on cancer cells. About 50 adults with melanoma, liver, lung, breast, pancreatic, or ovarian cancer will receive the tracer and then have a whole-body scan. The images will be compared with standard scans and biopsy results to see if the new tracer is safe, feasible, and accurate at detecting tumors.
