Summary
This study looks at whether adding professional dental cleaning to semaglutide treatment can improve both oral health and heart-related risks in children with severe obesity. About 50 kids will either get dental cleaning plus hygiene advice, or just hygiene advice. The goal is to see if better oral health helps the weight-loss drug work even better.
