Summary

This study looked at whether receiving daily text messages on your phone can help with weight loss. 120 adults with obesity were split into two groups: one got standard weight-loss classes, and the other got those classes plus daily texts. The goal was to see if the text group lost as much weight over 3 months as the standard group.
