Summary

This study tests whether a mobile app called MAYA, which provides cognitive behavioral therapy, is practical and helpful for adults aged 40-79 who have had a stroke and are experiencing anxiety or depression. Ten participants will use the app and provide feedback on its quality and usability. The goal is to see if this digital tool can improve mood and reduce anxiety in stroke survivors.
