Summary

This study is testing a mobile app called MAYA that provides cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help adults who have had a stroke manage anxiety and depression. The study will enroll 10 participants aged 40-79 who have had a stroke at least one month ago and have significant anxiety or depression. The main goal is to see if the app is easy to use and acceptable to stroke survivors.
