Microwave gadget may spot hidden polyps during colonoscopy

Summary
This study tests a new microwave-based device that helps doctors find polyps during colonoscopy. About 50 people who already have a polyp in their rectum will take part. The device is used alongside standard colonoscopy to see if it can detect more polyps without causing harm.
