Mindfulness may help stop weight regain after Weight-Loss surgery

Summary
This study tests whether a program combining motivational interviewing and mindfulness can help people who have regained weight after bariatric surgery. About 52 adults who gained back at least 5% of their lowest weight will be randomly assigned to the program or usual care. The goal is to see if the program improves weight control and awareness of healthy habits.
