Summary
This study tested a mindfulness-based psychoeducation program in 40 adults with stable bipolar disorder. Half took the program, half got usual care. Those in the program showed greater improvements in mindfulness, self-compassion, and forgiveness. The approach may help with emotional resilience and symptom management.
