Summary
This study looks at whether using a mindfulness app on a smartphone for 8 weeks can improve mental health in older Korean immigrants aged 60 and older. Participants will use the app for about 10-15 minutes daily and have weekly check-ins. The goal is to see if the app is easy to use and helps reduce stress, anxiety, and depression while boosting well-being.
