Couples meditation program aims to ease brain cancer burden

Summary
This study is testing an online meditation and breathing program designed for couples where one person has a brain tumor. The goal is to see if the program is practical and helps improve spiritual well-being, sleep, mood, and overall quality of life for both the patient and their partner. Couples are randomly assigned to either start the program right away or be placed on a waitlist.
