New dialysis study aims to ease anxiety with therapy skills

Summary

This study tests a 13-week program teaching dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT) skills to help adults on hemodialysis manage anxiety and improve mental well-being. About 35 participants who recently started dialysis or plan to start soon will join. The program will be offered in-person or online to see if it's practical and helpful.
