Summary
This study tests whether hormone therapy (estrogen with or without progesterone) can safely reduce hot flashes and night sweats in women with HIV. Researchers will also check if it improves sleep, mood, thinking, bone health, and heart health. The trial will enroll 105 women aged 40-60 who are in perimenopause or early menopause and have bothersome symptoms.
