Summary
This study tests whether a plant-based resistant starch, tailored to each child, can help restore a healthier gut microbiome in 100 children with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. Participants must have mild disease or be in remission. The goal is to increase butyrate production, a sign of gut health, and improve quality of life.
