This study compares an Indianized version of the Mediterranean diet to a standard low-fat diet for reducing liver fat in overweight children and teens with a fatty liver condition called MASLD. About 134 participants aged 8 to 18 will follow one of the two diets for 180 days. The goal is to see which diet helps more children achieve normal liver fat levels.
