Summary

This study looked at whether medical cannabis can reduce nerve pain and inflammation in people with HIV. Thirty-five adults with HIV and neuropathic pain used different ratios of THC and CBD over 14 weeks. Researchers measured changes in pain severity and blood markers of inflammation. The goal was to see if cannabis could ease symptoms without causing serious side effects.
