Summary

This study tested two physical therapy methods for people with long-term back and leg pain caused by a pinched nerve. 28 adults aged 30-60 with a sideways tilt of the lower back were treated with either the McKenzie method or standard exercises. Researchers measured pain, disability, and back movement to see which approach worked better.
