Summary

This trial tests two hands-on therapy techniques—Mulligan Bent Leg Raise and spinal mobilization with leg movement—to see which better reduces pain, improves nerve mobility, balance, and daily function in people with lumbar radiculopathy (a pinched nerve in the lower back causing leg pain). About 52 adults aged 20 to 40 with a confirmed disc bulge will be assigned to one of the two methods. The goal is to find a more effective non-drug approach for this common condition.
