This study compares two common treatments—shockwave therapy and therapeutic ultrasound—each given alongside standard physiotherapy, for people with chronic sciatica. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain, improves hamstring flexibility, enhances sleep quality, and boosts overall quality of life. Adults aged 20 to 45 with persistent sciatica symptoms for at least three months are eligible to join.
