Summary

This study looks at how lymphedema patients' quality of life changes over time, comparing those who choose surgery (a lymph node transfer) with those who choose non-surgical care. Researchers will follow 600 adults aged 18 to 80 with arm or leg swelling. The goal is to understand which approach leads to better long-term well-being.
