Summary
This study aims to learn if a specific method of adjusting breathing machine pressure helps children recovering from heart surgery. Researchers will compare 80 children who receive this pressure adjustment technique to those who receive standard care. The goal is to see if this approach improves heart function, lung performance, and reduces time on the breathing machine.
