Ultrasound study compares surfactant delivery methods in tiny preemies

Summary

This study tracks lung ultrasound images over time in preterm babies born before 32 weeks who need surfactant for breathing problems. Researchers want to see if the way surfactant is given changes how the lungs look on ultrasound. About 68 babies will take part to help doctors learn which method works best.
