Summary
This study tests a blood-filtering device called Efferon LPS in 40 adults with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis during a flare-up. The device is designed to remove harmful substances from the blood to reduce inflammation. Participants will either receive standard care alone or standard care plus the blood-filtering treatment. The goal is to see if the device can safely help control disease activity during a flare.
