Summary

This study tests a blood-filtering device (Efferon LPS) in 40 adults with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis during a flare-up. The device is designed to remove harmful substances from the blood to reduce inflammation. Participants will either receive standard care alone or standard care plus the blood filter treatment. The goal is to see if the device can safely help control disease activity during a flare.
