Experimental combo aims to tame returning bone cancer

Summary
This early-phase study tests two drugs—losartan and sunitinib—together in people aged 10 and older whose osteosarcoma (a type of bone cancer) has returned or stopped responding to treatment. The main goals are to find the safest dose and check for early signs that the combination might help control the disease. About 41 participants will take part.
