Inclusion Criteria: * Age ≥10 years. * Histologically confirmed osteosarcoma. * Relapsed or refractory disease following failure of first- or second-line systemic therapy. * Ability to understand the study procedures and provide written informed consent (or assent with parental/legal guardian consent, where applicable).
