Summary
This study tested whether adding the drug Longidaze to the standard treatment tamsulosin works better than tamsulosin alone for men with urinary symptoms caused by an enlarged prostate. 229 men aged 40 and older took part. The goal was to see if the combination reduces symptom severity more effectively and is safe.
