Summary

This study looked at why veterans aged 50 and older feel tired after COVID-19 and tested if a simple, home-based exercise program is safe and doable. 21 veterans with long-term fatigue took part. The goal was to better understand the causes of fatigue and see if minimal exercise at home could be a helpful option.
