Summary

This study tests whether a 6-month personalized lifestyle program can help improve liver health in people with early signs of liver disease. Participants receive guidance on diet, exercise, alcohol use, and medication adherence through text messages and support. The goal is to see if these behavioral changes can reduce liver scarring and prevent progression to more serious conditions.
