This study will collect blood samples from 1,000 people with small colon growths to see if a liquid biopsy can accurately tell benign from malignant lesions and predict cancer spread to lymph nodes. Current methods often lead to unnecessary surgery. The goal is to create a biobank to validate blood-based markers that could guide safer, more precise treatment decisions.
