Summary

This study tests whether a 12-week healthy lifestyle program—including diet guidance, supervised exercise, and coaching—can lower blood pressure and protect kidney health in Black adults with advanced chronic kidney disease. Participants are randomly assigned to the program or standard kidney education. The goal is to see if lifestyle changes can help manage the disease and prevent it from getting worse.
