Laughter yoga: a fun fix for menopause?

Summary

This study looks at whether laughter yoga can help menopausal women feel better. Researchers will split 80 women into two groups: one does laughter yoga for 8 sessions, the other does nothing new. They will check if the yoga group has fewer menopause symptoms, better sleep, and a higher quality of life.
