Summary

This study looks at whether laughter yoga can help menopausal women feel better, sleep better, and enjoy life more. Eighty women will be split into two groups: one does laughter yoga for 8 sessions, the other does nothing new. Researchers will compare symptoms, sleep, and quality of life before and after the program.
