Laser light may ease pain after knee replacement

Summary
This study tests whether adding high-intensity laser therapy to standard physical therapy helps people recover faster and with less pain after knee replacement surgery. About 46 adults aged 50 to 80 will be split into two groups: one gets real laser therapy plus rehab, the other gets a fake laser plus rehab. Researchers will measure pain, swelling, movement, and quality of life over four months.
