Summary

This study tests whether taking L-Carnitine by mouth can improve symptoms, heart function, and quality of life in people with heart failure who also have kidney problems. About 20 adults will take the supplement and be monitored for side effects and benefits. The goal is to see if this simple, natural substance can help patients feel less tired and short of breath.
