Summary

This study tests whether giving monthly money for healthy food delivery can lower blood sugar in adults with type 2 diabetes. About 1,000 Kaiser Permanente members with Medi-Cal insurance and high blood sugar levels will receive either free food delivery plus money or just free delivery. The main goal is to see if the extra money helps improve blood sugar control over 6 months.
