NCT ID NCT06617871

First seen Apr 01, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looks at two methods for knee replacement surgery: one that puts the new joint in a neutral position (mechanical alignment) and one that matches your knee's natural alignment (kinematic alignment). About 95 people getting a knee replacement will be randomly assigned to one method. The goal is to see which approach leads to better pain relief and knee function after surgery.
