Summary
This study tests whether phone coaching and financial rewards can help people become more active after total knee replacement. 600 adults aged 40-85 will be split into three groups: usual care, activity tracker only, or activity tracker plus coaching and rewards. The goal is to see if these strategies increase moderate-to-vigorous physical activity to at least 150 minutes per week.
