Can a simple additive cut opioid use after knee surgery?

Summary
This study compares two common additives (dexamethasone and dexmedetomidine) mixed with a numbing drug to see which one reduces pain and the need for strong painkillers after total knee replacement. About 96 people aged 65 and older will take part. The goal is to find a safer, more effective way to manage post-surgery pain.
