One-Shot knee injection could ease arthritis pain

Summary
This study tests a single injection called 4P004 for people with knee osteoarthritis and joint swelling (synovitis). About 129 adults aged 40-80 will receive either the study drug or a placebo. The main goal is to see if the injection reduces daily knee pain and improves function over 12 weeks.
