Summary
This study looks at how a person's background and their clinic visit affect knee osteoarthritis pain relief using topical diclofenac gel. 220 adults aged 50+ with knee OA will apply the gel for 8 weeks and answer questions about their pain. Researchers will also analyze blood samples and video recordings of visits to find patterns that predict who responds best.
