First seen Mar 11, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study looked at whether adjusting the angle of a leg exercise machine (N-K Table) could improve muscle strength in 43 women with knee osteoarthritis. Participants did knee exercises at two different angles (0° and 50°), and researchers measured muscle activation using a special device. The goal was to find which angle might be better for strengthening the quadriceps, the muscles that help support the knee.
