Summary

This study looks at whether giving a special ketone drink through a feeding tube is safe and practical for people with severe heart failure. The goal is to see if it can help the heart use energy better. The study involves 12 participants with very weak hearts who are in the hospital for acute heart failure or cardiogenic shock.
