Summary

This study looks at whether older adults with prediabetes have lower brain energy use and slower thinking compared to those with normal blood sugar. It also tests if a single dose of a ketone supplement can improve brain energy and processing speed. Twenty participants will undergo brain scans and cognitive tests before and after taking the supplement.
