Summary

This study aims to understand the long-term effects of ketogenic diets on heart health in adults with epilepsy. Researchers are measuring cholesterol, blood pressure, weight, and artery wall thickness over two years. The study includes adults already on the diet and those starting a modified Atkins diet to compare changes.
