Fat-Fueled diet tested to fight pain and brain fog

NCT ID NCT07417891

Summary

This study is testing if a supervised ketogenic diet (a very low-carb, high-fat eating plan) can help reduce pain and improve thinking in older adults who have both osteoarthritis and mild memory problems. Ten participants will follow the diet, and researchers will check their pain levels, physical function, and cognitive scores before and after. The goal is to see if changing what you eat can manage these common symptoms linked by inflammation.
