First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests whether drinking a ketone supplement (Ketone-IQ) before sleep can improve sleep quality and reduce sleep apnea severity in adults who already use a CPAP machine. Thirty participants will try both the ketone drink and a placebo on separate nights to compare effects. The goal is to find a simple, well-tolerated option for people with obstructive sleep apnea.
