Summary

This study tests whether combining ketamine infusions with dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT) can reduce suicidal thoughts more effectively than a placebo plus DBT. About 120 adults with borderline personality disorder and treatment-resistant depression or bipolar disorder will receive six infusions and six months of therapy. The goal is to see if this combination leads to faster and stronger improvements in suicidal thinking.
