Summary
This study tests whether six infusions of ketamine, combined with 6 months of dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), can reduce suicidal thoughts more effectively than a placebo infusion plus DBT. It involves 120 adults aged 18–70 with borderline personality disorder and treatment-resistant depression or bipolar disorder. Participants will receive infusions, attend weekly therapy sessions, and complete mood and thinking assessments over 9 months.
