Summary

This study looks at whether a daily dose of kava can help smokers who want to quit. Researchers will check if kava makes it easier to stop smoking, reduces stress, and improves sleep. About 76 adults who smoke at least 5 cigarettes a day and want to quit will take part for 4 months.
