Summary
This small, early-stage study is testing whether taking kava, a plant-based supplement, can safely help reduce anxiety and stress in people who have finished cancer treatment. Participants take either kava or a placebo pill for two weeks, then switch after a break. The study is currently suspended and is not testing kava as a cancer treatment, only for managing anxiety symptoms.
